From what I gather, this is a contest entry for the Autumn 2001 24HOZZT.

Acequia has it all: a dedication to the victims of 9/11, an underwater bubble city, and a rotting dog which convinces the main charcter to commit suicide. Unfortunately, the version of the game I found was for the most part broken. There were several linking errors and whatnot, so I've fixed all link errors, re-organised progression through boards, locked some objects, and put up a fixed version here for all to enjoy.

I also changed the colour of one object for visibility's sake. Most edits are on the second half of the game. Original file can be found at:
