Greg Mapes:

Fixed the start map so it wouldn't crash by not existing for QuakeWorld.
Just modified the the map by placing another trigger_hurt on the bottom.
Trust me, I made the void maps. I know what I'm talking about.
Plus I added a specail toy in it if you do want to give it a try for deathmatch! :-)

Changed Nightmare secret message and removed not-in-deathmatch flag from zombies
(this allows them to appear in QW if you have a QW monster progs.dat)
Fixed texture alignment on non-tiling grass/rock blend textures in outside area
