:SELECT DRIVE

 SELECT DRIVE
��������������

Select the drive where the software is
to be installed.  Each available drive
is displayed with its free disk space.

:SELECT DIR

 SELECT DIRECTORY
������������������

Enter the directory where the software
is to be installed.  If the directory
does not exist, the program can create
the desired directory.

The requested directory must be a valid
directory name.  Refer to your DOS 
manual to review valid directory naming
conventions.

:DISK PROMPT

 INSERT DISK 
�������������

The installation program needs one of
the distribution disks to continue the
installation process.  Supply the disk
at the source path to continue with
the installation.

If the program does not recognize the
requested disk, the disk may be damaged
or blank.  Note the filename that is
displayed and verify that the disk has
that file on it.

:ERROR

 ERRORS
��������

An error has occurred in during the
installation.  

ERROR 0000 : Unable to create directory

The program is unable to create the 
requested directory.  If the directory
is a subdirectory ( eg: C:\GAMES\THIS )
the previous directories ( eg: GAMES )
must already exist.

ERROR 0001 : Unable to write <file>

The program was unable to write the
indicated file.  The drive may be full.

ERROR 0002 : Unable to expand <file>

The program was unable to decompress
the indicated file.  The target drive
may be full or the distribution files
may have been corrupted.

ERROR 0003 : Missing bag directory

The program is unable to find the 
installation file set information.

The installation program must be run 
from the directory in which it resides.
For example, if INSTALL.EXE is on the
disk in drive 'A', switch to drive 'A'
by entering A: and the command line
before running INSTALL.EXE.

ERROR 0004 : Invalid directory name

The requested destination path is not
a valid directory name.  Refer to the
DOS reference manual for information
on valid directory names.  The name
may not contain spaces.

ERROR 0005 : Name in use by a file

The requested directory name is the
same as a file that already exists.
Choose another path for installation.

ERROR 0006 : Armageddon encountered
