Break It is a Breakout like game for one or two players. The rules are fairly standard: bounce the ball with your paddle to break all bricks on the screen. Some bricks will drop bonuses, and here is the main catch of this variant: you can have only one active bonus at a time. Even if you pick an extra life or extra score, any other active bonus you might have will be cancelled. Sometimes a random "surprise bonus" will appear, looking like a question mark. Picking this might yield an advantage, but just as well it could be a negative bonus, like instantly losing one life, or restarting the level. You can press F1 at any time to save the game, but it will only store the current score and number of lives. Otherwise loading a saved game will reset the level and start the player with no bonuses. Break It was marketed as shareware. The registered version contained 99 levels and a level editor.

This section tracks other objects or external resources.
The external resources, such as tarballs or Git repositories, are then available as part of the object. Their files can be considered local to the object and usable in scripts or as part of a build process.
For resources that are only to be used as part of the build or runtime of the object, it is best to describe those local to those sections.
This section tracks information useful to describing how to run this object.
