FlipOut is an attempt to combine Breakout with pinball, with a mixed outcome. You have the same basic ball-and-paddle gameplay as in a typical Arkanoid clone, minus bonuses, and instead of bricks there are oddly shaped items that you need to clear from the playing field by hitting them several times by the ball. There are also variously shaped obstacles that obstruct the ball's movement, making it hard to aim and increasing the amount of time needed to complete a stage. The concept probably sounded good on paper, but the game is not very exciting to play as it is, and feels less fun than many ordinary Breakout clones. It features high- and true-colour high-resolution modes with colourful pre-rendered graphics FlipOut is sold as shareware, with four stages available in the unregistered version.

This section tracks other objects or external resources.
The external resources, such as tarballs or Git repositories, are then available as part of the object. Their files can be considered local to the object and usable in scripts or as part of a build process.
For resources that are only to be used as part of the build or runtime of the object, it is best to describe those local to those sections.
This section tracks information useful to describing how to run this object.
