4D Talk Engine

This is an utterly pointless 'talk engine' or more correctly an emoticon simulator. WiL suggested I name it 4D Talk Engine after an infamous 3D Talk Engine which was highlighted on a Worlds of ZZT stream a while back. And yes, there is 'talking' in THIS game too.
The emoticons are all generated by #change commands so I can't have OwO, UwU or T_T. o_O could be done with duplicators but they're so slow when you create them by #changing...
The tag doesn't exist on the Museum, but this here is an intentional kusoge. Or bakage?
Written in about an hour and a half on too much coffee and a chocolate-filled doughnut.
