Pulsoid is a Breakout/Arkanoid type game that was inspired by a similar ZX Spectrum game called Pulsoids. Instead of a ball, here the player bounces snakes for some reason, which may grow larger like in the Snake game if they hit a block marked with a plus sign. The player's mobile platform, somewhat similar to a tank, can acquire cannons to shoot down blocks and monsters, which can be also knocked down by hitting them with the platform. The game comes with a level editor.
Description by MrFlibble
If the game plays too fast, run it with the hispeed command line parameter, i.e. pulsoid.exe hispeed.
